Beacon Holiday Program
Join a free 4-day holiday program that immerses students in years 4-6 in VR, AR and 3D design and printing.
Younger students create in 3D with freeform Shaper and voxel block-by-block Blocker design editors. Older students use the new Advanced editor to sketch designs in 2D and then extrude them into 3D.
The Training Lab houses helpful videos and basic and pro tutorials, the Augmented Reality (AR) tool lets students test designs in place-based contexts and the print check tool scans 3D designs for possible errors.
The Teacher Dashboard makes it easy to plan, teach and assess student work against the curriculum with guided on boarding, class management, custom tasks, PD, print manager, and assessment tools.
There are 898 different Pokémon characters so far. Students invent a new Pokémon character to join the team of cute critters. Gotta catch ’em all!
Students learn about Mars and space travel via videos, quizzes and tutorials and then design a useful gadget or fun toy to be used on Mars.
This has been a wonderful new way to teach and motivate my students. They are so eager and excited to learn in this new way! . The overall enthusiasm towards school and learning has increased tremendously. Students who are typically reluctant learners have come to life
STEM Leader
Mt. Healthy City School System, USA
This is a great design and creation tool that teachers and students can use to be innovative and share ideas with a vibrant community of makers. With Makers Empire, students learn how to identify needs and opportunities and then create, prototype, test and refine designs of solutions using 3D printing
SET, STLAN and Technologies Teacher
Vale View State School, Australia
This is the true value of software. It can provide a platform for students who are enthusiastic to keep learning after the school bell rings. The addition of the Australian Curriculum aligned challenges is fantastic. Giving feedback to students and rewarding great work is very easy using the assessment tools.

Makers Empire helps teachers improve STEM learning outcomes for students, confidently teach Design & Technology curricula and engage students in authentic, real-world problem solving. A UniSA research study showed that Makers Empire can significantly improve students’ spatial reasoning skills, a key indicator of future STEM success, and reduce STEM anxiety, while a Macquarie University research study showed that using Makers Empire improved students’ creativity and skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and design thinking.
Makers Empire has delivered STEM programs and 3D technology to groups of 200+ schools in Australia, the USA and the UAE. Engage students in STEM learning and real-world problem solving related to a topic like natural disasters, heritage conservation or climate change, or a specific industry like space, building and construction or advanced manufacturing. Our research-backed education programs cover Design & Technology curriculum, integrate 3D design and printing, increase teacher capacity, and improve student STEM learning outcomes
