Every month, Makers Empire hosts an in-app 3D design competition giving students around the world the opportunity to test their Design Thinking skills against their peers.

To coincide with international Monopoly Day, in November, students were challenged to create a Monopoly game piece using Makers Empire 3D software.

Students from all over the world submitted almost 7,000 entries for the Game On competition, which we really enjoyed looking at even if it made our judge’s job quite challenging!

Ultimately, there were some standout designs so without further ado, congratulations to the following winners and runners ups!

Winner: Isaac from Carlingford Public School in New South Wales

Design: Phoenix

Runner Up 1: Angus from Watervale Vale Primary School in SA

Design: Cool Car

Runner Up 2: Emily from St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in New South Wales

Design: Monopoly Australia Game Pieces
