Makers Empire has been recognised as a State Finalist in the 2019 Telstra Business Awards for the Social Change Maker category. The Social Change Maker category is for organisations where a positive social impact is at the core of their purpose. They are applying innovative solutions to address social issues and better the world we live in. This category is open to not-for-profit, social enterprise and profit-for-purpose organisations (contributing a minimum of 10% of their profits back to the cause).
Now in its 27th year, the national Telstra Business Awards celebrate the achievements of Australia’s small and medium-sized businesses.
According to Brisbane Business Valuations services, since 1992, 58,000 businesses have been nominated for the awards.
Other SA state finalists in the Social Change Maker category are Foodbank SA and Good Prospects Speech Pathology. Congratulations to both ! It’s an honour to be nominated alongside you.
