We are excited to announce the winner and runners up for our Let’s Get Decorated 3D design competition!
Students were challenged to design a decoration for an event or special day that they and their family celebrate. There were so many wonderful festive design submissions and here we announce the winner and the 5 runners up. We were so impressed by these designs and are excited to showcase them all here. Jeanette McConnell, Ph.D. is a passionate educator with a strong scientific background. She earned a bachelors degree in biochemistry at San Diego State University and went on to earn a doctoral degree in chemistry at the University of NSW. Throughout her studies she tutored her fellow students. Her experience presenting science shows and workshops to children convinced her of the value of a hands-on education.
