Makers Empire is looking for a US-based, Customer Success Executive to join our small but expert team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast growing, global EdTech company headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia.

ABOUT THE JOB

As our US-based Customer Success Executive (USA), you’ll support our US teachers and schools to successfully implement and achieve ongoing success with Makers Empire.

You will report to the company’s Director of Learning in Australia and work with other team members in the learning, sales and marketing departments.

This position will be mostly home-based so you need to have a home office setup that will allow you to work remotely.  Regular meetings will be conducted with team members in America, Australia and Asia via Skype and Zoom.

Some travel (both within the States and occasionally, to Australia) is expected.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates based in Cincinnati, Ohio or San Diego.

ABOUT YOU

Level of Experience

Ideally, you will have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer support in a service-based environment.

Experience in education or an education related company will be an advantage.

Skills

You should have:

  • excellent verbal, written and online communication and interpersonal skills.
  • the ability to develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
  • solid skills in establishing and employing practices that lead to customer success
  • good computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
  • experience with customer messaging software such as Intercom.
